Authorized Person

The governmental authority responsible for administering donations to the Sustainable Growth Fund is the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU). Applications for citizenship cannot be lodged directly at the CIU. Rather, they must be handled by a registered Authorized Person.

10 years validity

The passports will be valid for a period of 10 years (adult) and of 5 years (child) and will be extended for the same period.

Non-refundable donation

Donation for a single applicant entails a non-refundable $250,000 contribution to the Sustainable Growth Fund.
For a family of four, it entails a donation of $350,000.

Real Estate investment

The real estate investment route covers pre-approved projects such as hotel shares, villas, or condominium units. Condominium investments start from $400,000 and single-family private dwellings start from $800,000. The minimum holding period is 7 years.

YOUR PATH TO OBTAINING

A ST. KITTS & NEVIS PASSPORT
