Last Updates CBI July 2024

At Plan B Passport, we constantly push boundaries to provide unparalleled service and freedom to our clients. Recently, we shattered our own record by submitting a case within just 48 hours. We did everything we could in order to submit all our clients prior to the price increase and we did it. We succeeded, and shortly thereafter, the Caribbean islands released their official announcements on the new pricing.

The Latest Updates: Good News and Bad News

Bad News:

Caribbean Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programs have officially increased their prices, surpassing our expectations. The new donation requirements now range from $200,000 to $250,000. Here are the updated costs for single applicants:

Saint Kitts: $291,000
Antigua: $298,425
Saint Lucia: $281,548
Grenada: $319,000

For a family of four, the new costs are as follows:

Saint Kitts: $401,100
Antigua: $307,325
Saint Lucia: $289,690
Grenada: $330,000

These figures include the donations, all government fees, and the Plan B Passport fee.

Good News:

Despite the price increases, there is still a golden opportunity to lock in the old prices and save up to $140,000 if you act fast! Antigua’s price increase will take effect on July 31, giving us a limited window to secure the current rates.
